PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication oil supply mechanism of an engine which can reduce a driving torque of an oil pump.SOLUTION: A lubrication oil supply mechanism 1 of an engine supplies lubrication oil stored in an oil pan 2 to each part of the engine. The lubrication oil supply mechanism 1 includes a capacity-variable type oil pump 6 which pumps the lubrication oil stored in the oil pan 2, a flow control valve 50 which regulates the flow rate of the lubrication oil by narrowing a flow channel of the lubrication oil in accordance with the increase of an oil pressure in a downstream side thereof, and a plurality of hydraulic devices provided in a downstream side of the flow control valve 50 and activated by the oil pressure of the lubrication oil having passed through the flow control valve 50.
