PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clipper that improves controllability of measuring force, and improves repeatability, is ergonomic ease-of-use with an inexpensive price, repeatable and intuitively understandable.SOLUTION: An elastic mount comprises: a first mounting portion composed of an elastic mount 205 coupling a pressure actuator 190 to jaws 108 and 116; a second mounting portion to be coupled to the pressure actuator; and an elastic member 230 coupling between the first and second mounting portions. When a pressure is applied to the pressure actuator along a the measuring axis direction, the elastic member flexes to generate a measuring force to be applied to a caliper jaw. When a user attempts to control the amount of application pressure for providing a desired amount of application pressure during a measuring process, a use of the elastic mount allows the amount of application pressure to be more surely controlled, and allows for a more intuitive determination. |
