The present invention relates to an actuation system having a solar cell for a ship and, more specifically, relates to an actuation system using a solar cell to supply inadequate power, which comprises: a solar cell converting solar energy to electrical energy; a battery connected to an output wire of the solar cell to charge power to be transmitted from the solar cell; and a motor unit using power supply of the battery to be driven. Moreover, the actuation system comprises a power generator which supplies power to the battery by generating electricity by means of a flywheel rotated by a driving force of the motor and a rotational force of the flywheel. |
