PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation monitoring technology having high system expandability and maintainability, by making a controller on a network also execute processing of a signal output by each radiation sensor located at a terminal end of a system.SOLUTION: The radiation monitoring system 10 includes: a signal transmission unit 12 that attaches an identification ID of a sensor S having detected a radiation to a data signal based on the output of the sensor S, and transmits the data signal to a lower-level network 11; a calculation processing unit 14 for transmitting, to an upper-level network 13, various amounts calculated on the basis of the data signal received via the lower-level network 11 using the identification ID as a key; and a display unit 15 for information-displaying the various amounts received via the upper-level network 13 using the identification ID as a key.
