The present invention relates to a variable display device and a driving method for a flat mode and a curved mode thereof, capable of variable usage of a flat mode and a curved mode. The present invention is equipped with a back cover system which includes an angle block module on a rear surface of a display panel module, thereby providing a variable display device capable of variable usages of the flat mode and the curved mode selectively. Accordingly, in order to deliver content such as news and advertisements with a panel installed in an indoor plaza such as an airport or a terminal, or in an open area like an outdoor plaza, the flat mode may be implemented to represent a wider field of view; and in order for a user to feel more comfortable by increasing a degree of immersion and represent a more realistic image, the curved mode may be implemented, thus providing more convenience to the user. |
