Provided are an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof. A first substrate of the organic light emitting display device is defined by a plurality of pixels, which include a display area and a non-display area. An organic light emitting element is formed on the plurality of pixels and emits white light. A second substrate faces the first substrate. An external light reflection-reducing pattern is formed on the second substrate to correspond to the non-display area of the plurality of pixels. A red color filter pattern, a green color filter pattern, and a blue color filter pattern are formed on the second substrate, and correspond to each of the pixels. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention forms the external light reflection-reducing pattern in an in-cell type without using a separate polarizing plate, thereby increasing luminance while maintaining a lower reflectivity in a top-emission type of the organic light emitting display device. In addition, the power consumption of the organic light emitting device may be reduced as luminance increases. |
