The present invention enables shifting of various gears during traveling of a vehicle with power of an electric motor. Therefore, according to the present invention, traversability of the vehicle is improved during EV traveling since the gear is shifted, wherein the shifted gear is appropriate for various traveling conditions. More specifically, the present invention prevents unnecessary power consumption to improve fuel efficiency.
