The present invention relates to a UV ray curing apparatus used for a process of manufacturing a display device. The UV ray curing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first transfer unit which transfers a substrate; a first UV ray generation unit which is located on the first transfer unit and irradiates an upper side of the substrate with UV rays in the direction of the first transfer unit; a second transfer unit which continuously transfers the substrate having been transferred by the first transfer unit and has a portion, which comes in contact with the substrate and is made of a material capable of transmitting UV rays; and a second UV ray generation unit which is arranged under the second transfer unit and irradiates a back side of the substrate with UV rays in the direction of the second transfer unit. When the UV ray curing apparatus of the present invention is used, a UV ray curing process can be performed on even the back side of the substrate. Therefore, curing uniformity can be increased as a whole. |
