PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt pavement that enables functional addition to the asphalt pavement and reduces labor required for repairing cracks, and to provide a construction method of the asphalt pavement.SOLUTION: An asphalt pavement comprises hollow fine particles containing at least one kind of functional materials among an asphalt mixture, a coating material, resin or solvent having a pavement repair function, resin or solvent having a thermal barrier function and an intermediate temperature agent for reducing asphalt viscosity. The hollow fine particles are added in manufacturing or paving and leveling an asphalt mixture, or the hollow fine particles are spread and constructed after the paving and leveling. The hollow fine particles are deformed or broken by any one or more of a stress generated in manufacturing the asphalt mixture or in constructing the asphalt pavement, or a stress generated in compacting work or on the occurrence of cracks, and thereby the functional materials are made to leak and the function is exhibited. |
