PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge that enables an external constitution to recognize the attachment of an unused cartridge.SOLUTION: There is provided a developing cartridge 1 including a developing frame 31 that accommodates a toner, a developing coupling 41 that receives a driving force, a tooth chipped gear 51 that is rotated by the transmission of a driving force from the developing coupling 41, and a detection member 52 that has a detection projection 57 and is moved in the transverse direction by the transmission of a driving force from the tooth chipped gear 51, the developing cartridge 1 further including support shafts (support shaft 36 and support shaft 73) that support the detection member 52 movably in the transverse direction, and a guide rib 72 that is in contact with the detection projection 57 to guide the movement in the transverse direction of the detection member 52. |
