The present invention relates to a lactobacillus plantarum EM microorganism, having an excellent cholesterol assimilation activity and an antibacterial activity against a harmful microorganism and, specifically, to a lactobacillus plantarum EM microorganism having a cholesterol assimilation activity all in a living bacterial cell and a dead bacterial cell and an antibacterial activity against bacillus cereus, micrococcus leteus, staphylococcus aureus, salmonella enterica, vibrio parahaemoliticus, aspergillus sp. fungus and penicillium sp. fungus, and having an intestinal adhesion activity to be usable as a living bacterial cell activating agent, and a use thereof. |
