The present invention relates to a shoelace-tightening device equipped with a locking lever, which comprises: a housing including a lower gear, an accommodating space, and an axial rod which is installed at the center of the accommodation space; a bobbin wheel on which a shoelace and a rotational gear are installed; a wheel liner having the rotational gear on an upper side of the bobbin wheel and an upper gear on a lower side of the bobbin wheel and having a moving space; a side clutch having a clutch gear; a cover fastened on an upper side of the wheel liner by a fastening member and having a long hole on an upper part; and a locking lever fastening the shoelace so as to prevent the shoelace from loosening. |
