The present invention relates to a food material chopper and, more specifically, to a food material chopper, which can more conveniently and rapidly chop various kinds of food materials such as onion, garlic and carrot previously positioned within a main body only by pressing a hammering stick, linked to an upper part, downwards from the top. The present invention comprises: the main body having an internal space opened downwards to cover the food materials put on the floor; the hammering stick forcefully dropped by a push pressure while being coupled to the upper part of the main body, whereas being automatically lifted by elasticity of a spring when the pressure is removed; a cutter unit lifted and lowered while being linked and coupled to the lower side of the hammering stick to finely chop the food materials covered by the main body; and a rotational unit dropping the cutter unit while making the cutter unit rotate on the axis thereof in one direction as far as a predetermined radius while being assembled and linked to the main body and the hammering stick to enable the cutter unit to chop the food materials while being rotated by multiple angles. |
