摘要 The present invention relates to a heavy duty coating material with an autonomous repairing function and a coating method using the same and, more specifically, to a heavy duty coating material with an autonomous repairing function coating using undercoating paint by forming a nanocapsule containing the undercoating paint, autonomously repairing cracks by filling the cracks when the nanocapsule is broken or exposed to oxygen in the case of the cracks of a steel bridge, including an intermediate coating paint mixed with a rubber powder, preventing the cracks on the paint even in the case of the extension and a shrinkage of the steel bridge, and including a polyurethane water dispersion solution smoothening the surface of an upper coating paint and mixed with the intermediate coating paint to prevent damage to the intermediate coating paint by blocking ultraviolet rays, and to a coating method using the same. The present invention relates to the coating material painted for preventing cracks of the steel bridge. The present invention relates to a heavy duty coating material comprising: the undercoating paint composed of water-soluble acrylic emulsion and an aromatic amine curing agent; the intermediate coating paint composed of water-soluble acrylic emulsion and an aromatic amine curing agent; and the upper coating paint composed of polyurethane, acrylic polyol resin, non-yellowing polyurea resin, and a polyisocyanate curing agent. The heavy duty coating material is characterized by including the nanocapsules containing the undercoating paint and manufactured into grains with a size of 5-20 nm and the polyurethane water dispersion solution including the undercoating paint wherein a ceramic powder, a metal powder, and a ceramic ball are additionally included and the intermediate coating paint wherein the fine rubber powder with size of 1.5- 4.5 μm, aramid fiber, and glass fibers are additionally mixed, smoothening the surface of an upper coating paint, and preventing damage to the intermediate coating paint by blocking ultraviolet rays.
