In order to provide an autonomous system that implements, in response to dynamically changing external factors, expected operations in a format in which safety with respect to a third party can be verified, and to improve the operating rate during autonomous operation, an autonomous system is equipped with: a function for dynamically deriving satisfactory combinations of conditions for operational safety and expected operations that can be fulfilled, said combinations being derived on the basis of information about the operating environment obtained through an exterior world measurement means; a function for generating control logic for implementing the expected operations; a function for recording the control logic, the operational safety conditions, and the expected operations; and a function for presenting these records to a third party in a browsable manner. |
