The present invention relates to a method for aging meat by using an energy generator, in which taste and quality of meat may be remarkably improved through meat aging using torsion field energy and anions. Meat is aged for 1-30 hours after being accommodated in the energy generator comprising: a cover having a polyethylene layer formed on an internal wall surface, a far-infrared ray material layer touching the polyethylene layer, and an anion layer formed on the far-infrared ray material layer; and a housing having a polyethylene layer formed in an internal wall surface, a far-infrared ray material layer touching the polyethylene layer, and an anion layer formed on the far-infrared ray material layer. According to an embodiment, meat is aged by using anions and torsion field energy generated in the energy generator, so lactic acid bacteria and unsaturated fat are increased compared to non-aged (before aged) meat, and bacteria, saturated fat, shear strength, and heat reduction are decreased. Thus, good quality meat can be obtained. |
