摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw joint structure of excavation tool and an excavation tool using the same capable of preventing seizing and/or breakage due to thermal fatigue by improving cooling effect by a fluid such as drilling water to thereby extend the tool life.SOLUTION: A screw joint structure 1 of an excavation tool includes: a male screw part 13 of a male screw 12; and a female thread part 23 of a female thread 22, which are screwed with each other to connect a drilling bit and a drilling rod 10, drilling rods 10 and 20 to each other, or the drilling rod 10 and a shank rod. The screw joint structure 1 includes: main path 31, 35 extending in the screw joint structure 1 along an axis line O direction of the tool allowing a fluid to communicate therein; and a branch path 32 which branches from the main path 31 and opens to a space S which is segmented being sealed between the male screw 12 and the female thread 22 so as to supply the fluid in the space S.
