A wearable touch apparatus and a wearable touch method. The wearable touch apparatus comprises a carrier (1), a pattern emission unit (2), an image collection unit (3), an image monitoring unit (4), and a processing unit (5). The carrier (1) is wearable. The pattern emission unit (2) emits a scanned pattern to a touch surface capable of being touched by a touch end. The image collection unit (3) collects an image projected by the scanned pattern on the touch surface, and sends image information of the collected image to the processing unit (5). The image monitoring unit (4) monitors current light energy of the scanned pattern in various regions of the touch surface and sends the current light energy information to the processing unit. The processing unit (5) processes the image information of the collected image and the current light energy information, so as to determine a touch position of the touch end on the touch surface and generate corresponding command information.
