PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant raising sheet and a plant raising apparatus using the sheet which are capable of efficiently irradiating a plant by effectively reflecting light ray useful for photosynthesis out of light ray included in artificial light, provide excellent visibility inside the plant raising apparatus by effectively allowing visible light to pass through the sheet, and are suppressing temperature rise inside the plant raising apparatus by effectively suppressing reflection of near infrared ray.SOLUTION: There is provided a plant raising sheet or the like which is used for raising plants by artificial light, in which average reflectance to light having a wavelength 600 to 680nm is a value within a range of 30% or more and less than 100%, average transmittance to light having a wavelength 380 to 780nm is a value within a range between 40 and 90%, and average reflectance to light having a wavelength 780 to 2500nm is a value within a range between more than 0% and 20% or less. |
