摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a biomolecule formation area might be wrongly recognized as an alignment mark upon performing an image recognition of the alignment marks on a biochip.SOLUTION: A biochip comprises: a first area that has a biomolecule formed in which a distance along a first direction from a first area first side along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction to a first area second side along the second direction is D1; a second area that has the biomolecule formed in which a gap between the second area and the first area in the first direction is D2, and a distance along the first direction from a second area first side along the second direction to a second area second side along the second direction is D1; and an alignment mark in which a distance along the first direction from the first side along the second direction to the second side along the second direction is D3 and a distance along the first direction from a third side along the second direction to a fourth side along the second direction is D4. The biochip satisfies a following conditional expression: D3≠D1+n1*(D2+D1), and D4≠D1+n2*(D2+D1).
