PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection apparatus which eliminates adjustment work for compression force by a compression cylinder following secular change.SOLUTION: A control unit 40 comprises: a motor controller 44 which drives a motor 34; a first storage part 42 which stores the relation between the operation time of an apparatus or the drive frequency of a compression cylinder mechanism 20 and a parameter for controlling the drive power of the motor 34; a second storage part 41 which stores the operation time of the apparatus or the drive frequency of the compression cylinder mechanism; and a parameter change part 43 which changes the parameter for controlling the drive power of the motor 34 on the basis of the relation between the operation time of the apparatus or the drive frequency of the compression cylinder mechanism 20 and the parameter for controlling the drive power of the motor 34 stored in the first storage part 42, and the operation time of the apparatus or the drive frequency of the compression cylinder mechanism 20 stored in the second storage part 41. |
