PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic material detector of a compact structure without receiving an influence of the magnetic material even when being installed on an object to be installed, composed of the magnetic material.SOLUTION: The magnetic material detector for detecting approach of an object to be detected, which is another magnetic material, in a state of being mounted on an object to be installed, which is other magnetic material, includes: a magnetic flux generating part; a magnetic sensor for detecting distribution density a magnetic flux of the inside thereof; and a magnetic aggregate for guiding the flux to the magnetic sensor. The magnetic material detector is so configured that, in a state where the object to be detected is not approaching, the flux passes the magnetic sensor and a first magnetic circuit including the magnetic aggregate, while, in a state where the object to be detected is approaching, the flux passes a second magnetic circuit including neither magnetic sensor nor magnetic aggregate. Both of the first magnetic circuit and the second magnetic circuit are magnetic circuits including the object to be installed. |
