PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain two functions of a service brake and a parking brake by a single brake device, to reduce the size and weight of a device, and to improve a degree of freedom of a shape of a knuckle.SOLUTION: A parking mechanism part 12 which functions as a parking brake, and has a cramp member 39 and a thrust generation mechanism 40 is integrally arranged at a caliper 8 which constitutes an opposing piston type disc brake device 2a which functions as a hydraulic service brake. The cramp member 39 out of these items is supported to an inner body part 14 which constitutes the caliper 8 so as to be displaceable with respect to an axial direction, a spindle 45 which constitutes the thrust generation mechanism 40 is rotatably supported to a base part 42 which constitutes the cramp member 39, and a nut 46 which is screwed into a tip of the spindle 45 is arranged at the inside of a shared piston 10 which is fit into a turn-in side inner cylinder 18b of the inner body part 14. |
