PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material having heat sealability and excellent adhesion-preventing property against contents.SOLUTION: A packaging material 1 at least comprises: a substrate layer 10; an anchor coat layer 20 comprising a resin 21 and irregularity-forming particles 22 having an average particle diameter of 1 to 100 μm, which form an uneven structure; a sealant layer 30; and an adhesion-preventing layer 40 comprising hydrophobic particulates smaller than the irregularity-forming particles and having an average particle diameter of 5 to 1000 nm and an inorganic binder for fastening the hydrophobic particulates to the sealant layer. The inorganic binder comprises any of a silicon alkoxide represented as a mixture of Si(OR)and Si(OR)nR'm (n and m are integers which satisfy n+m=4; and R and R' are alkyl groups), a hydrolysis product of the silicon alkoxide, or a composite of these. |
