PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen holder which rotates a specimen with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A specimen holder includes: a pulley 8 located between a specimen attachment portion 2 and a specimen holder tip part 15; a pulley shaft 9 which fixes the pulley 8; a drive force transmission source 13 which transmits power to the specimen holder; and a pulling spring 6. The drive force transmission source 13 and the pulling spring 6 are connected through a transmission member 11 to rotate the specimen attachment portion 2. Further, the transmission member 11 is pressed by a press-back roller 4. |
