PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device capable of preventing a vehicle accident.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device according to the present invention comprises: a positioning processing unit for measuring a position of a vehicle using road structure information on a road on which the vehicle travels, a positioning signal received from a satellite transmitting the positioning signal, and correction information received from ground facilities provided on the ground and transmitting the correction information for correcting the positioning signal; and an alarm determination processing unit for discriminating a lane on which the vehicle travels in the road structure information based on the road structure information and the position of the vehicle, and determining a risk of an accident that may occur to the vehicle using information on the lane, and the correction information is correction information calculated using observation data transmitted from the satellite transmitting the positioning signal and acquired in a plurality of electronic reference stations. |
