The present invention relates to a preparation method of lithium manganese phosphate, comprising the following steps: mixing and dissolving a bivalent manganese source, a lithium source and a phosphate source in a solvent thermal reaction medium to form a mixed solution, the solvent thermal reaction medium comprising an organic solvent and a cosolvent; and conducting a solvent thermal reaction on the mixed solution to obtain a reaction product, that is, lithium manganese phosphate. The present invention also relates to a preparation method of lithium manganese phosphate/carbon composite material.
