PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye liner cosmetic which is smoothly spread in use, rapidly dried after application, forms a flexible and adhesive cosmetic film, prevents blurs of the cosmetic film and partial peeling-off in crumbs, has no color migration or no discomfort at the decorative portion, and excellent in glossy feeling.SOLUTION: An eye liner cosmetic contains the following components: (A) a specific composite resin emulsion consisting of a polymerizable monomer containing ester group-containing (meta) acrylic acid monomer and a specific urethane prepolymer; (B) an alkaline thickening type emulsion polymer; (C) an alkali agent; and (D) a silicic acid anhydride. |
