<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen-gas fuel supplying device which is favorably used for a sintering device for performing sintering operation to supply gas fuel and concurrently enrich oxygen. <P>SOLUTION: In the oxygen-gas fuel supplying device for the sintering device in which oxygen is blown out to air in a hood provided above a material charging layer at a downstream side of an ignition furnace to enrich the oxygen, air formed by supplying gas fuel diluted to combustion lower limit density or below is sucked by a wind box disposed below a palette and is introduced into the charging layer, and the gas fuel and a charcoal material are burnt in the charging layer to manufacture sintered ore, baffle plates are disposed in which plate members in a chevron shape are arranged with gaps in the horizontal direction in a plurality of rows and at a plurality of stages so that the gap parts form a zigzag shape in the vertical direction, at a middle part in a height direction of the hood, in the hood, a gas fuel supplying pipe for supplying gas fuel into the air is disposed below the baffle plates, and an oxygen-gas fuel supplying pipe is disposed which blows out oxygen into the air, above the baffle plates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
