<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator 10 excellent in its generation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A power generator comprises: a first substrate 50; a rotating deadweight 40 that relatively rotates against the first substrate 50 under such a state as to be opposingly disposed on the first substrate 50; an electret film 56 formed on an internal surface of the first substrate 50, and an electrode 44 formed on an internal surface of the rotating deadweight 40.
