The present invention relates to a technology value evaluation system and a method thereof. The technology value evaluation system includes: an evaluation service server which inputs or uploads the evaluation target technology information from a client terminal, provides the evaluation target technology information for an evaluator terminal, and receives evaluation value from each of multiple evaluator terminals regarding the value of the evaluation target technology to execute a group evaluation operation; an evaluation amount calculation module which receives multiple evaluation values regarding the evaluation target technology from an evaluation service server to calculate the final evaluation result by using a part or the entire part of the number of evaluators, minimum, maximum, most frequent value, average value, median value, and average value excluding predetermined upper and middle range, in order to provide the result to the client terminal or provide the result through a web page; and a database unit which receives and stores the information regarding the client, evaluators, evaluation target technology, and evaluation values from the evaluation service server while receiving and storing the final evaluation result from the evaluation value calculation module. The present invention enables a client to define the cost and time to prevent the excessive use of time and cost, obtain evaluation results produced by various evaluators, check the value of the technology which can be needed in the market, enables the selective evaluation done by experts to utilize the professional evaluation at the same time, and distributes the evaluation cost to the evaluators in order to ensure the evaluator′s profits. |
