<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water closet which has an excellent water saving effect and is also excellent in moldability, cleanability and design without an overhang part on an inner side wall surface of a rim part. <P>SOLUTION: In the water closet comprising a bowl part 1, a discharge device 2 and a drain channel, a horizontal conduit 4 for guiding washing water along an upper edge of the bowl part 1 is provided on an upper edge part of the bowl part 1, and a vertical rim part 5 whose inner side wall surface 5a is not overhung to the inner side is erected on an outer peripheral edge of the conduit 4. Also, the conduit 4 is formed so as to be gradually lowered from a start position to a final position, and at the final position of the conduit 4, an inclined surface 6 for leading the washing water into the bowl part 1 and guiding the washing water to be lowered as spiral flow inside the bowl part 1 by deadweight is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
