<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower runner device for a top-railed sliding door which maintains a smooth movement state of the top-railed sliding door when a lower runner intends to move a joint of a lower rail and a T-shaped, L-shaped, or cross-shaped corner part of the lower rail, and furthermore prevents a disk part of the lower runner from falling into a groove of the lower rail. <P>SOLUTION: A lower runner device for a top-railed sliding door has a lower rail 10 and a lower runner 20. The lower runner 20 has a coma member 26 which is downward energized, the coma member 26 including a disk part 26b sliding on a collar part 10c of the lower rail 10,a guide part 26c positioned between the collar part 10c, and a run-on component 27 protruding from the lower surface of the guide part 26c. The lower rail 10 has floating members 30A to 30D at a joint part, a corner part, and the like. When the top-railed sliding door D is moved and the lower runner 20 moves toward the joint part or the corner part of the lower rail 10, the run-on component 27 rises up over the floating members 30A to 30D and the lower runner 20 is pushed up.
