<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin type holder in which the damage to a welding part can be suppressed by reducing a moment load applied to the welding part of a fixing part fixing an annular body and a pin, and to provide a roller bearing. <P>SOLUTION: An outer circumferential surface part is positioned between an end face 80, at a side of a second annular body 52, of a first annular body 51 in an outer circumferential surface of a pin 53 and an end face 81, at a side of the first annular body 51, of the second annular body 52.
