The present invention relates to a system to automatically stop and control heavy equipment for industry and construction by monitoring the approach of a human body or an object to the surroundings of the heavy equipment and warning an alarm and, more specifically, to an approach monitoring and operation control system of heavy equipment for industry and construction, which enables a driver of heavy equipment to easily identify the approach of a human body or an object by photographing a work site where the heavy equipment is located using an omni-directional camera in real-time; and warns the driver or a worker of an alarm when the human body or an object approaches and automatically stops and controls the heavy equipment at the same time.
