The present invention relates to an infectious particle having a surface displaying a ligand binding to a CD4 receptor for selectively infecting dividing CD4 + cells, said particle comprising:
(a) one or more structural proteins, and
(b) a vector containing a gene of interest functional in a CD4 + cell, said gene of interest encoding a Forkhead box protein 3 or a protein inducing expression of Forkhead box protein 3 in the CD4 + cell.
