PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight high rigidity damping metal panel capable of achieving wt. reduction and the enhancement of rigidity while keeping sufficient damping capacity with respect to a molded product. SOLUTION: In a damping metal panel wherein both skin layers comprise metal panels and an intermediate layer comprises a resin layer, the ratio of the Young's modulus (E) of one skin layer (A) and that of the other skin layer (B) is set to 0<E(A)/E(B)<=0.65 and the ratio of the densitiesρof both layers is set 0Mρ(A)/ρ(B)<=0.60 and the ratio of the panel thicknesses (T) of both layers is set to 1.0<=T(A)/T(B)<=10 T(A)≠0, T(B)≠0} to achieve wt. reduction and the enhancement of rigidity while keeping sufficient damping capacity.
