<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for lifting and lowering a blind which can prevent a lifting cord from coming off from a lifting drum and which can constantly suspend the lifting cord in the same position without reference to the lifting cord winding amount of the lifting drum. <P>SOLUTION: A first lifting cord guide 30 is provided around a lifting drum 22; guide holes 30a, 30b and 30c for guiding a lifting cord 18 are formed in the first lifting cord guide 30; and side ends, facing the lifting drum 22, of the guide holes 30a, 30b and 30c are positioned in the close vicinity to a peripheral surface of the lifting drum 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
