<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an electric machine having permanent magnets, comprising the following steps: winding copper wires around the notches of a housing (1) such as to form a stator winding; installing the winding (2) in the housing (1) and shaping the turns; attaching, to each phase output of the stator winding, an electrical connector (3) comprising a lower portion extending along the axis of the electric machine and supporting the element for attachment to the winding, and an upper portion of the connector having a contact surface, the two portions forming an angle that is substantially equal to 90°, the attachment element and the contact surface forming a single mechanical part; installing an insulating protector around each electrical connector; placing each connector (3), provided with the protector thereof, in a space provided for this purpose in the housing; and arranging the wires forming a phase output between the stator winding and the housing.</p> |
