<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material drying device capable of effectively preventing the occurrence of a drying spot without enlarging the device. <P>SOLUTION: The device dries a coating material applied on a surface 12a of a base material 12 in a drying space 61.
