Disclosed is a centering unit to connect pipes. The disclosed centering unit to connect pipes applied to an apparatus to manufacture at least one among a semiconductor, an LED, and an LCD to seal a connection part of a first pipe and a second pipe to allow a fluid to flow, comprises: a center body installed between the first pipe and the second pipe; an O-ring in contact with one lateral part of a center body to seal a gap between the first pipe and the second pipe; and a dual sealer ring in contact with an other lateral part of the center body to seal a plurality of points between the first pipe and the second pipe. According to the disclosed centering unit to connect pipes, as a centering unit to connect pipes comprises a center body; the O-ring and a dual sealer ring; and a gap between the first pipe and the second pipe to be connected with each other is sealed respectively at a sealing point by the O-ring, at two or more sealing points by the dual sealer ring, at a sealing point between each pipe body and a main body of a center body by each sealing flange, at a sealing point between each pipe flange and a main body of the center body by the end extended respectively due to pressure in each sealing flange. As such, a gap between the pipes to be connected with each other can be sealed at a plurality of points.
