PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame retardant laminate having excellent flame retardancy, capable of minimizing amount of residual ash produced at incineration treatment, and particularly suitable as a curing sheet for use in a floor, a wall or a ceiling of a nuclear power plant or the like. SOLUTION: The laminate comprises an A-layer 1, and a B-layer 2 which is mainly composed of polyethylene and/or polypropylene and laminated to at least one side of the A-layer 1. The A-layer 1 comprises 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer having an ethylene content of 65 to 95 mass % and/or an ethylene methacrylate copolymer having an ethylene content of 65 to 95 mass %, 20 to 100 pts.wt. of melamine-cyanulate and 2 to 10 pts.wt. of red phosphorus coated with a white pigment having a red phosphorus content of 30 to 50 pts.wt.
