Disclosed is a system for treating ballast water using a comb-type structure and a fan-type structure, which enables the efficient sterilization of ballast water. The system for treating ballast water comprises: a ballast tank; a ballast water main line which is a path to send ballast water to the ballast tank; and a sterilization structure which is installed inside the ballast water main line.
