The present invention relates to a producing method of a wrapper for a hamburger and, more specifically, to a producing method of an eco-friendly alkali dissociative wrapper for a hamburger which is easy to recycle the wrapper through alkali treatment by coating a base paper in a best way using a water-soluble coating solution of a specific formulation including water-soluble resins of two or more, a hardener in a predetermined equivalent ratio and an antibacterial ingredient, and can efficiently and economically produce an eco-friendly wrapper having excellent water resistance, oil resistance, adhesion (heat sealability), slip resistance and antibacterial activity in a short drying time. |
