Disclosed are a separator support plate assembly jig of a steam generator and a separator support plate assembly method using the same. The separator support plate assembly jig according to one aspect of the present invention includes a base, left and right supporters which are extended from both sides to the upper side of the base, a holding unit which fixes a disk type assembly target between the left and right supporters to control an angle of a rotation direction up and down, and an overturning preventing unit which is formed on the base to prevent the disk type assembly target fixed between the left and right supporters from being overturned through the holding unit.
