A heat treatment apparatus including a movable air volume control member, according to the present invention, comprises: a chamber member for forming the overall appearance of the apparatus; a door member formed at one side of the chamber member; a filter member arranged inside the chamber member; a blower member for transporting air toward the filter member; an air volume control member arranged adjacent to the filter member; and a heat treatment target supporting member for supporting a heat treatment target by being arranged on a front side of the air volume control member. The air volume control member is installed to move in a direction protruding to the outside of the chamber member in a state in which the air volume control member is arranged to be slid at a sliding member. According to the present invention, the configuration of the air volume control member can be easily changed as the air volume control member for controlling the amount of air supplied to the heat treatment target is withdrawn to the outside of the heat treatment chamber, and operation time for changing the configuration can be greatly shortened. In addition, the temperature of the entire area of a display panel can be uniformly increased by being configured to control the amount of air discharged through the air volume control member. |
