The present invention relates to a warm fabric having thermochromic function which forms a solar power generating unit in one side of the fabric having a heating effect by changing light energy to heat energy. The thermochromic warm fabric can easily know the current temperature due to discoloring by the temperature through a thermochromic unit formed in a side or an inner portion, or a side and an inner portion of the solar power generating unit.
