Flanged pea-pod sleeper, especially for use in railway switches with swapping tongues, placed between the inner sides of the two rolling stock rail, attached to the sleeper, is made up of narrow steel weldment of cylindrical or drawn reinforced U-shaped channel (1), designed for replacement one original sleeper in place of placement of switch or swapping conclusion on switch. It is isolated fixed by bolts through the sliding chair to base of rail, wherein to each of the end faces of the welded reinforced flange (2) with through holes for holding the flange of the switch-with the possibility of being connected to each end face of the channel (1), wherein to the top of the vertical walls of the channel (1) in direction of its length are welded longitudinal sole plates (3) with holes for fixing sliding chairs adapted for contact with the switch tongues. |
