The present invention relates to a fire detection and warning system for visually and hearing impaired persons. The fire detection and warning system for visually and hearing impaired persons of the present invention comprises: an audio-visual output unit for broadcasting an auditory emergency guide in accordance with a sound warning which guides an evacuation guide path from a sound input unit and for displaying a visual evacuation direction by using a data signal and power; a data signal generating unit for generating the data signal for controlling a guide direction display displayed through the audio-visual output unit; an oxygen supply equipment unit for supplying oxygen when oxygen is insufficient in a space due to smoke or gas leakage as a result of a fire occurrence; a PLC communications unit for synthesizing a sound signal, a data signal, and power to an evacuation guide signal and thereby transmitting to the audio-visual output unit and for transmitting an operation control signal to the oxygen supply equipment unit; and a control unit for monitoring a state of each component and for controlling an operation thereof. According to the present invention, when a fire occurs, a voice guide broadcast is performed to guide the visually and hearing impaired persons to an exit far away from the fire occurrence point, a letter, a sign and a specific pattern having an improved visibility are displayed through a blinking light having a variety of patterns, and oxygen is provided as needed. Therefore, it is possible to safely evacuate visually and hearing impaired persons. |
