The present invention relates to a semiconductor product handler and a method to handle a semiconductor by using the same, capable of changing the placement of a LED package for a short time and simplifying a process facility by making the LED package face a marking surface abnormality part, marked by being formed on a side of the LED package, by rotating the LED package clockwise or counterclockwise according to a placement direction of the LED package since the placement direction is recognized. The semiconductor product handler includes a rotating module a rotation shaft, including a product support part supporting the semiconductor product by protruding from a side end and a path connected to the side end, and a rotating unit rotating the rotation shaft; a vacuum pressure forming unit fixing the semiconductor product at vacuum pressure, formed to be lower than the air pressure in the path; a photographing unit generating an image by photographing an upper surface of the product, placed in the product support part; a control unit rotating the rotation shaft by applying a control signal to the rotating unit according to the placement of the product as the control unit determines the placement direction of the product by using the image; and a pickup unit moving up and down on an upper part of the rotation shaft, connected to the upper surface of the product, and picking up the marked side. |
